Halloween Dress
A friend of mine, Maggie, made this adorable dress for her daughter. I asked her if I could post on it because I thought that the dress and Katie just HAD to be shown off!
She used a Halloween onesie, attached tulle to the waist and accented with ribbon! Adorable! (Both Katie and the dress!)
