Gooey Butter Cake

It is definitely what it is called.  It's yummy, pretty sweet and will satisfy that sweet tooth.  (I made an oops and added double the sugar, now that was sweet!)  I plan to make a chocolate version soon!

1 - 18 1/4 ounce box of yellow butter cake mix
    1 egg
    8 T melted butter

Topping Mix:
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    8 T melted butter
    2 t vanilla extract
    1 pound powdered sugar

To Prepare
1.  Mix Cake Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2.  Pat into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

3.  Mix topping mix with a mixer until smooth, scrap sides a couple times.

 4.  Spread over cake mix.

5.  Bake at 350F for 40 - 50 minutes.  Be careful not to over bake, the center should be gooey.

6.  Let cool, cut yourself a piece and enjoy!  Note that the top of the cake does fall when cooled.
