Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Eat them up - YUM!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce (I use Trappey's Red Devil Cayenne Sauce)
2 T butter or margarine
1/8 cup chicken broth from the Super Easy Shredded Chicken
1/2 pkt dry ranch seasoning
Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing

To prepare:
Put shredded chicken in a microwave safe bowl, keeping only some broth.  (Be sure to strain the broth from the chicken if you froze it.  You don't want the chicken to be swimming, just moist.)  Add butter (or margarine), hot pepper sauce and dry ranch seasoning.  Mix.  Microwave on high for 2 - 3 minutes. 
Note:  Add the hot pepper sauce and butter/margarine to desired flavor level, just as you would for buffalo chicken wings.

To serve:
Serve on hamburger bun with a squeeze of prepared ranch dressing.  I often put a larger amount in a crockpot for gatherings and leave it out for 'serve yourself' events.  I have received many compliments.
