Pre-cooked Noodles

Another time saver!  I got this idea from my mother in law.  I never knew you could do this.  She does this all the time.  No taste difference!

When I was making noodles for spaghetti, I made 3 pounds total, 1 pound to use for our meal and 2 pounds to save for later.  I simply put a pound in each freezer bag and threw it in the freezer.  When I am ready for it, I will pull it out of the freezer, put the frozen noodles in a strainer, run hot water over them and they will be ready to eat!
