Salami & Horseradish Spread Rolls

Great Appetizer!  My mother in law makes these with corned beef slices.  I had salami slices on hand and they were just as delicious!

Ingredients
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 slices of salami, thin
1 1/2 tsp of prepared horseradish

To Prepare
1.  Mix cream cheese and horseradish in a small bowl.

2.  Spread cream cheese mixture onto center of a salami slice.

3.  Roll up the salami slice.

It's that easy and they are delicious!
