Our Own Stir Fry Sauce

One of our fav restaurants is Mongolian BBQ, www.gomongo.com.

The problem is is that it is not in a very convenient location to our home.  So in the mean time when we have a craving we make our own.  This is our own made up concoction...

Ingredients
3 T General Tso sauce
3 T Szechuan spicy sauce
1 T Teriyaki sauce
1 T Soy sauce
2 lbs. of Shredded Beef
(Add veggies as desired)

To Prepare
Saute all ingredients in a frying pan for a few minutes until meat is hot, sauces are mixed well and veggies are cooked to your liking.


To Serve
Serve over rice or with flour tortillas and sour cream.

Yum!
