Chip Clip from Pant Hanger

I came across this GREAT idea from www.craftster.org.  It is so worth mentioning!  I will be saving my throw away hangers from now on!

1.  Take a throw away hanger from Walmart or Target (or stores where they don't save them and give them to you).

2.  Cut or use a hand saw to cut the clips off the ends.

3.  Viola!  Chip Clip!
